Job Responsibilities

- Analyse warehouse and logistics data to generate actionable insights.
- Prepare customer-wise KPI, MIS, and performance reports.
- Know the P&L;, cost vs. actual, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Review Inventory data and optimization opportunities.
- Create facility-wise performance dashboards and management presentations.
- Monitor safety, compliance, and operational performance.
- Handle customer reporting requirements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional reporting.

Key Requirements

- 4-6 years of experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain, 3PL, or FMCG Industry.
- Expert in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Advanced Formulas, Macros preferred).
- Strong expertise in MIS Reporting, KPI Dashboards, and Data Analysis.
- Hands-on experience in P&L; Analysis, Cost Control, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
- Proficient in PowerPoint for management presentations.
- Positive understanding of warehouse operations, logistics KPIs, BOQ/BOM/RFQ preparation, and customer reporting.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
