- Culture and effectiveness, measured through impact
- - Ideal for:
- Professionals with 8–10 years in OD, L&D;, Talent, or Leadership Development, robust facilitation skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Master's degree preferred; OD/coaching certification a plus.
