Role Summary:
Responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, and managing Endpoint Privileged Management (EPM) solutions across Windows, Unix/Linux, and database environments. The role focuses on privileged access control, RBAC implementation, least-privilege enforcement, agent management, troubleshooting, and integration with enterprise security tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and support EPM solutions using BeyondTrust, CyberArk EPM/OPM, or Delinea/Centrify.




- Manage privileged access across Windows, Unix/Linux, and database platforms.
- Design and implement RBAC and least-privilege policies.
- Migrate users from local admin/sudo access to EPM-controlled access.
- Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot privilege elevation and policy issues.
- Deploy, configure, and monitor EPM agents.
- Collaborate with IAM, Security, Infrastructure, Application, and DBA teams.
- Create SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation.
- Support integrations with Active Directory, SIEM, and ITSM platforms.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM), PAM, or IAM.
- Hands-on expertise with BeyondTrust PMUL/PMW, CyberArk EPM/OPM, or Delinea/Centrify.
- Robust Windows and Unix/Linux administration knowledge.
- Experience with Sudo, privilege controls, and RBAC.
- Understanding of Oracle, MSSQL, and MySQL privileged access management.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

- PowerShell, Python, Bash/Shell scripting.
- ITSM process knowledge (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Endpoint security, EDR, patch management experience.
- NIS/NIS+ and Active Directory Bridge exposure.
