Key Responsibilities

Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

- Inspect incoming raw materials, bought-out parts, and packaging materials as per approved specifications.
- Verify supplier quality documents, COA, and test reports.
- Maintain incoming inspection records and non-conformance reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers for corrective and preventive actions.

In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)

- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform first-off, patrol, and stage inspections during manufacturing.
- Identify process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to control plans, SOPs, and quality checkpoints.
- Monitor rejection, rework, and process capability trends.

Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI)

- Conduct final inspection of finished products before dispatch.
- Verify dimensions, appearance, functionality, labeling, and packaging requirements.
- Ensure dispatch clearance only for conforming products.
- Maintain PDI reports and release documentation.

Quality Assurance & Documentation





- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and test reports.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer-specific requirements.
- Manage NCR, CAPA, and quality improvement records.
- Support internal and external quality audits.

Customer & Supplier Quality

- Investigate customer complaints and warranty issues.
- Perform root cause analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and other quality tools.
- Coordinate with suppliers for quality improvements and corrective actions.
- Monitor supplier and customer quality performance metrics.

Continuous Improvement

- Drive initiatives to reduce rejection, rework, and customer complaints.
- Implement quality improvement projects and process enhancements.
- Participate in Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, and MSA activities.
- Support achievement of plant quality objectives and KPIs.
