We are looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to support the sales team by managing client communications, quotations, proposals, and project coordination. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and basic knowledge of the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the sales team in handling client inquiries and follow-ups.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, presentations, and tender documents.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, and project teams for smooth execution.
- Track sales orders, deliveries, and customer feedback.
- Follow up with clients regarding payments and outstanding dues.
- Schedule meetings, appointments,



and site visits for the sales team.
- Prepare sales reports and MIS for management review.
- Support marketing activities, exhibitions, and client events when required.

Required Skills

- Any Graduate qualification.
- 3 to 4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role.
- Knowledge of construction materials, services, and industry practices is preferred.
