- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering Exposure to multi-country projects is preferred
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering; 5 12 years of experience in SCADA design, site support, and commissioning activities within renewable energy projects;
- Experience working on renewable energy projects involving Solar, Wind, and Hybrid (BESS) assets
- Provide technical expertise and inputs during vendor selection activities; SCADA and digital architecture definition; Review, coordinate, and approve detailed SCADA engineering deliverables submitted by EPC contractors for Solar, Wind, and Hybrid power plant projects, including SCADA and control system architecture documents, Network topology and communication architecture, Communication interfaces and protocol mappings, I/O lists and signal lists, Control philosophies, Technical specifications related to SCADA and automation equipment;
- Ensure compliance with project contractual requirements, applicable local engineering standards, company technical standards, cybersecurity requirements;
- Support the update and clarification of contractual annexes and technical specifications related to SCADA, Testing and commissioning, Cybersecurity;
- Provide construction and site support activities, including performing or mandating inspectors to conduct audits and tests at supplier factories during Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), conducting or supporting Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), developing and implementing systematic technical inspection programs;




- Contribute to the development of commissioning strategies adapted to project-specific requirements, including grid codes, OEM interfaces, and hybrid configurations;
- Provide technical advice on testing procedures and methodologies;
- Develop commissioning checklists, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and validation criteria;
- Review and approve commissioning protocols and associated reports;
- Support troubleshooting during commissioning and early operation phases;
- Conduct ad-hoc site missions whenever required;
- Identify and escalate SCADA- and commissioning-related risks to project execution managers;
- Support the definition and implementation of mitigation measures.
- During the engineering phase, the candidate will review, standardize, and optimize SCADA systems across global Wind, Solar, and Hybrid (BESS) assets.
- When required, the candidate will provide expert support to local project teams during construction and operations phases.
- The role is part of a centralized team acting as an independent technical review, validation, and approval authority supporting project execution teams and ensuring consistency, cybersecurity, interoperability, and performance across assets.
