Job Description: ALM Consultant

Location: Remote

We are looking for highly skilled and detail-oriented Focused Run and Cloud ALM

Roles Requirement

- Strong experience in Focused Run and CALM and specialization in Application Life Cycle
- Configuration of Cloud ALM
- Health Monitoring
- Job and Automation Monitoring
- Interface and channel Monitoring
- Configuration and security analysis
- Implementation of CALM chain management process
- Integration of CALM- third party ticketing tool via standard API
- Basic knowledge of BTP
- Configuration of Jobs in Redwood
- SAP support backbone in CALM

- Production Support and resolution of Focused Run and CALM issues on daily basis.
- Have knowledge of integration with Service Management tools like Service Now
- Sound knowledge of Alert monitoring metrics, KPIs & templates
- Experience for troubleshooting in Root Cause Analysis.
- Experience on SLDR Configuration, CCMS, SMD Agent and Wily
- Should have end to end implementation experience with Focused Run & CALM
- Has worked on Focused Build and Insights
- Provides ideas for Automation and Innovation in areas of CALM
- Support IT audit activities, analyze results and provide remediation which results in improved compliance to standards and controls for all internal and external regulatory requirements.
Mandatory :

- FRUN Architecture & Monitoring- Design, implement,



and optimize advanced monitoring templates across diverse SAP landscapes
- SD Agent Lifecycle Management- Manage the deployment, configuration, mass-upgrades, and complex troubleshooting of Straightforward Diagnostics Agents (sda) across the entire landscape.
- Data Routing & Collection- Maintain and troubleshoot System Landscape Directory Replication (SLDR) and Landscape Management Database (LMDB) synchronization to ensure 100% data consistency.
- Security & Network Routing- Configure and troubleshoot Reverse Proxy rules, managing secure communication paths, SSL certificates, and firewall requirements between managed systems and the FRUN hub.
- OS & Infrastructure Alignment- Perform OS-level troubleshooting (Linux/Unix), Analysis of system performance .
- Root Cause Analysis: Resolve persistent data-collection gaps, agent connectivity issues, and system connection errors under tight timelines.

Desired Skills and Experience

- 3-7 yrs or more years of experience managing SAP technologies as ALM Consultant and basis administrator in a medium or large size firm.
- Acts as a mentor for the team members in the team in area of expertise.
- Must be capable of working flexible hours sometimes under pressure of aggressive deadlines.
- Must have strong technical foundation and strong problem-solving skills.
