We are looking for a certified Workday HCM Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Human Capital Management solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM modules, business process configuration, security, reporting, integrations, and production support.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Configure business processes, organizations, supervisory organizations, staffing models, and security groups.
- Create and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
- Support Workday releases by analyzing new features and performing regression testing.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Advantages, Recruiting, and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in Workday implementations, enhancements, and data conversion activities.
- Support EIB loads and data migration activities.
- Maintain system documentation and knowledge articles.
