We are building a global ecosystem across mobile applications, AI products, education, content, and digital experiences.

We are looking for a Senior Marketing & Project Manager who can independently drive execution across multiple teams while leading marketing initiatives and operational excellence.

This role works directly with the Founder and leadership team and requires someone who combines strategic thinking with exceptional execution.

Immediate Joiners will be given preference.

Role Overview

This is a senior cross-functional leadership role combining:

- Project Management

You will own execution across product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer support, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and marketing campaigns execute successfully.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

- Own company-wide project planning and execution
- Build project roadmaps, milestones, timelines, and execution plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Track deliverables and ensure timely execution
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks proactively
- Conduct daily/weekly project reviews
- Maintain SOPs, documentation, and project dashboards
- Drive accountability across all departments

Marketing Operations

Lead execution across:

- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- Webinar Campaigns
- Landing Pages
- WhatsApp Automation
- Email Marketing
- Social Media
- Content Marketing
- Video Production
- SEO
- AI-powered Marketing Initiatives

Responsibilities include:

- Coordinating campaign execution
- Tracking KPIs and campaign performance
- Improving funnels and conversion rates
- Working closely with Product and Sales teams
- Ensuring timely launches

Product & Mobile App Coordination





Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, QA, and Marketing teams to:

- Coordinate mobile app feature launches
- Plan release timelines
- Track release readiness
- Improve communication across teams
- Support product growth initiatives
- Ensure smooth execution from planning to launch

Team Leadership

Coordinate work across:

- Product Team
- Developers
- Designers
- Video Editors
- Copywriters
- Marketing Specialists
- Sales Teams
- Customer Support
- Agencies
- Freelancers

Ensure everyone clearly understands:

- Priorities
- Deliverables
- Timelines
- Dependencies
- Current status
- Next actions

Business Operations

- Improve operational workflows
- Build scalable internal processes
- Develop SOPs
- Support hiring and onboarding
- Coordinate Founder-led initiatives
- Support new product launches

Performance Tracking

Monitor and report:

- Project delivery
- Marketing KPIs
- Funnel performance
- Lead generation
- Conversion rates
- Team productivity
- Delayed tasks
- Operational efficiency

Prepare executive reports with actionable recommendations.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of Project Management, Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, or similar experience
- Strong experience managing mobile app products
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
- Excellent project planning and stakeholder management
- Strong leadership and execution skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
