Roles and Responsibility

- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates for successful placements.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize talent acquisition efforts.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a BPO/Call Centre environment.
- Strong knowledge of international recruitment practices and trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with recruitment software and tools is advantageous.
