Role & responsibilities
- Outbound calling
- Handle inbound customer calls related to hotel bookings and inquiries
- Communicate with customers fluently in German to assist with reservations
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while meeting sales targets
- Lead qualification and pitching
- Upsell relevant add-ons, upgrades, or higher-value properties where appropriate
- Follow-ups and pipeline management
Preferred candidate profile
- Fluent German (spoken and written) mandatory
- Solid communication, persuasion, and listening skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on results
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability
- Ability to multitask and perform well in busy, high-volume periods
- Outgoing, confident, and service-minded personality
