We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our Operations team at TELEPERFORMANCE GLOBAL BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM/ IT Enabled Services/BPO and 2 to 7 years of experience.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in the CRM/ IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, IT services, and BPO processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Solid analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team of professionals.
