Job Title: Regional Head – Operations (South) / Regional Head – Operations (West)
Location: Mumbai (South) / Bangalore (West)
Role Overview
Enlite is seeking experienced professionals to lead operations for our BMS business in regional commercial property projects. The Regional Head – Operations will drive project execution, site operations and team development, ensuring outstanding performance and customer satisfaction within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead regional project operations for large commercial properties, focusing on end-to-end delivery and team management.




Oversee commissioning of BMS smart devices—including HVAC controls, lighting automation, energy monitoring, and security/access control systems—ensuring full integration, functionality, and adherence to specifications.
Manage installation, configuration, and fine-tuning of BMS systems to optimize efficiency and performance across sites.
Collaborate with internal teams on design, implementation, and troubleshooting for various BMS subsystems.
Closely monitor compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements for all commissioning works.
Track and optimize resource allocation, project budgets and operational profitability.
Establish and maintain solid client relationships to facilitate new business and ensure retention.
Stay abreast of technological trends in BMS (such as IoT integration, cloud-based platforms, and intelligent analytics).
Mentor, train and lead regional team members to achieve project and organizational goals.
Travel across project sites as necessary.
Required Qualifications & Experience
BE/BTech in any engineering discipline.
10 –12 years experience in the Building Management Systems (BMS) industry, with demonstrated expertise in commissioning BMS smart devices for large commercial properties.
Hands-on knowledge in one or more domains: HVAC control, lighting and energy automation, energy monitoring, and security/access systems.
Proven ability to lead complex operations and technical teams on multi-site deployments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, plus willingness to travel as required.
