- Submit accurate and timely daily sales reports via the online portal.

Job Requirements

- Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any field.

- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven by performance targets.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

- Must know the local language of Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, and Gwalior.

- Valid two-wheeler is mandatory for field operations.

- Basic knowledge about Berger Company is required.





- Freshers with good knowledge about the mentioned skills or 6 months to 12 months of experience in channel sales (e.g., AP/Akzo, Laminates, Plywood, Electricals, Lubricants).

- Fresh graduates or professionals from insurance or banking sectors with sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply.

- Net Take Home: 16K-22K (Negotiable).

- Lucrative Performance driven Incentives up to 15000.
