- Oversee statutory compliance with factory act, pollution board, PF, ESIC, fire department regulations.

- Manage both permanent employees and contracted workers, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and adherence to labor laws.

- Compile Management Information System (MIS) reports related to HR metrics and utilize HR analytics for workforce trend insights.

- Participate in small group activities for continuous improvement and manage plant-specific HR activities.

- Support production teams to achieve targets and handle administrative tasks such as office management, facility maintenance, procurement, and inventory management.

- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring to meet staffing needs.

- Enforce discipline policies and procedures to maintain a productive work setting.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, implement safety protocols, conduct safety training, and promote employee welfare initiatives.

Job Requirements

- Proficient in Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) for managing employee data, payroll, attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.

- Knowledge of internal audits and compliance standards such as ISO and SEDEX related to labor practices,



ethical sourcing, and supply chain management.

- Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and employee relations.

- Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

- Well-versed in MS Office for creating documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports.

- Keen interest in small group and improvement activities handling HR activities of Plant HR and supporting production to achieve targets.

- Responsible for discipline in Plant and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, implementing safety protocols, conducting safety training, and promoting employee welfare initiatives.
