Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Store Incharge / Store Manager to oversee all warehouse and store operations at our mining site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory control, material management, spare parts handling, documentation, and ensuring uninterrupted availability of materials required for mining operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of mining machinery spare parts, tools, consumables, lubricants, and PPE.
- Handle material receipt, inspection, storage, issuance, and dispatch.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, Material Issue Slips, stock registers, and inventory reports.
- Conduct regular stock verification, cycle counts, and annual physical audits.
- Ensure optimum inventory levels to prevent stock shortages and excess inventory.
- Coordinate with the Purchase,



Maintenance, and Operations teams for timely material availability.
- Monitor inward and outward material movement while maintaining complete documentation.
- Maintain FIFO/LIFO and ABC inventory practices where applicable.
- Ensure proper storage, housekeeping, and compliance with mining safety standards.
- Supervise store staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare MIS reports and inventory analysis for management.
