Role - Credit Manager

Educational Qualifications - Graduate/Postgraduate

Experience Requirement - Minimum of 3-5years of experience in Secured loan products (HL/ LAP).

Roles Responsibilities -

The incumbent will be responsible for underwriting securedproposals for loan customers as per the laid down policies procedureto honour the agreed SLAs and manage area business volumes.

To conduct personal discussion with customers to establishCredit worthiness.

The incumbent will ensure completion of credit/KYCdocuments and verification- telephonic, field collateral visits.

To coordinate with sales to achieve targets and ensure TATor SLAs are met.

To ensure credit policy adherence to the acceptedstandards.

Responsible for the branch portfolio quality and ensurecollections buckets.

Conduct regular training sessions for policy updates.

Hands on experience in Legal and technical assessment.

Empanel local vendors for legal and technical support fromin and around area.
