- Responsible for managing Branch P & L through target bound sales, marketing activities & efficient branch operations through solid leadership skills and service orientation. He must have strong man management & relationship skills.
- Must be well versed with branch operations & processes including Gold Appraisal, Sales & Marketing, customer acquisition, cash management, collections & NPA management, safekeeping of securities, vault operations, customer service, auditory compliance, security & administration.
- Responsible for safekeeping of Pledged securities following the guidelines and Procedures laid down by the company
- Manage & Grow the Portfolio of Gold Loans within the allotted branch as per the assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
- Meeting big ticket customers for business development on regular basis.
- Plan,



conduct & monitor the branch & field level marketing activities to ensure business growth.
- Ensuring proper Verification & Valuation of Collateral Securities and KYC, AML, Auditory compliance.
- Responsible for cross selling of all products and achieving of individual & branch targets.
- Ensuring following of all procedures, guidelines, circulars & policies as laid down by the regulator & the company
