- The candidate should have effective skills to handle and manage outsourced Staff.(DSA , Connector,vendors, SSC)
- The candidate should have the experience of vendor management.
- The candidate should have solid interpersonal & communication skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- The candidate should have experience to Handle all types of Audits (Internal, Regulatory, NHB etc)
- Focus on automation and digitization to increase process efficiency, Productivity, Accuracy and improve TAT
- Candidate should have product knowledge of Home Loan (HL & LAP) & SME Product
