Job Responsibilities:

Instrumental in augmenting sales target of casa per month
Steered end-to-end process of customer transactions and managing the issues
To prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads, prospects, referrals through marketing activities.To handle team and to take appropriate action to resolve them.
To drive the front line employees towards achieving monthly target.
To handle customer complaints and to take appropriate action to resolve them.
Ensure collection of all post disbursement documents. Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned hub and ensuring retention of employees.
Monitoring the performance of the sales team and engaging members to meet or exceed sales targets.Ensure adherence to all processes, compliance & policies
