Job Description:

- We're looking for a Warehouse Manager to manage end-to-end Operations for Warehouses in Sonipat, Haryana.

- This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment, where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move rapid, we set a high bar, and were not for everyone.
- This is an in-person role at our Haryana FC in Sonipat, and you must be based nearby.

Responsibilities:

- Launch key operational projects across warehouses and fulfillment centers, including last-mile delivery pilots and central process rollouts.
- Design optimized warehouse layouts and zoning strategies based on SKU velocity, demand patterns, and picking efficiency.
- Define and continuously improve SOPs across inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch to drive productivity and reduce order processing time.




- Lead end-to-end setup and expansion of new warehouses and micro-fulfillment centers: from vendor coordination (racking, labeling, equipment) to timely go-live.
- Must have hands-on experience in FMCG operations and B2B/B2C business models.
- Forecast manpower requirements and build staffing models across all warehouse functions based on order volumes, SKU mix, and peak demand.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain from a top institution; MBA highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP.
- 6-8 years in WH Management or supply chain, with hands-on experience in process design, SLA adherence, and supply chain costs.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and BI dashboards; proven ability to independently manage teams and stakeholders.
- High ownership mindset, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment, and willingness to travel to execute projects on the ground.
- Must have own laptop.
