- Manage a team of Relationship Managers to achieve sales targets and growth in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify recent business opportunities through field sales activities, networking, and referrals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in banking sales or related field (preferably in personal loans, business loan, or CASA).
- Strong understanding of financial products such as loans, deposits, credit cards etc. .
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and negotiation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
