Role & Responsibilities

- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Electrical Engineering.
- Conduct laboratory sessions, tutorials, assessments, and academic evaluations.
- Guide students in projects, research, innovation, and technical competitions.
- Undertake research in Electric Vehicles (EVs) or Power Electronics.
- Publish research papers in reputed peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
- Develop research proposals and pursue funded projects, patents, and industry collaborations.
- Contribute to curriculum development, accreditation, departmental activities, and institutional committees.
- Mentor students and support their academic and professional development.
- Perform other academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the institution.
- Preferred Candidate Profile

- M.Tech. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- Robust academic record from recognized institutions.
- Demonstrated research expertise in either:
- Electric Vehicles, EV systems,



battery management, electric drives, or charging infrastructure; or
- Power Electronics, power converters, motor drives, renewable-energy integration, or smart-grid applications.

- Relevant publications in reputed indexed journals and conferences.
- Teaching or research experience in a recognized academic institution is preferred.
- Experience in sponsored research, consultancy, patents, or industry-supported projects is desirable.
- Proficiency in relevant simulation, design, and laboratory tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, mentoring, and teamwork skills.
- Candidates with industry exposure and the ability to establish research collaborations will be preferred.
