Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the project site.
- Manage and monitor subcontractors to ensure timely and quality execution of work.
- Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings.
- Monitor manpower deployment and productivity of subcontractors.
- Identify and minimize material wastage through proper planning, handling, and storage.
- Verify material received at site and maintain proper records of consumption.
- Assist in resolving day-to-day execution challenges to avoid delays.
Preferred Skills
- Good knowledge of building construction.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Experience in supervising civil works and finishing works.
- Strong subcontractor and workforce management skills.
- Basic surveying skills (Auto Level, Dumpy Level) will be an added advantage.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
