Job Title: Lead Credit Commercial Finance

Location: Gurugram

We are hiring a Lead Credit professional with 5+ years of core experience in Credit Management. This is a Credit-focused role, and candidates with strong expertise in credit operations, credit control, credit policy, customer credit risk, and credit hold/release will be preferred. Profiles with predominantly Accounts Receivable (AR) experience and limited credit exposure are not suitable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end credit operations, including credit hold/release and credit limit management.
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and approved credit terms.
- Prepare and maintain Credit & AR MIS reports and dashboards.
- Handle customer onboarding, master data management, and account reconciliations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to resolve credit-related issues.




- Drive process improvements and support reporting using ERP and BI tools.

Required Skills:

- 2+ years of experience in Core Credit Management (Credit Control/Credit Operations).
- Working knowledge of Accounts Receivable, with primary expertise in Credit.
- Experience with customer credit assessment, credit policies, collections, reconciliations, and MIS reporting.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (JDE preferred; SAP/Oracle also acceptable).
- Solid Excel skills (advanced formulas, reporting, dashboards); Power BI/BI tools are an advantage.
- MBA Finance, CA, CMA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
