- Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of field instruments in the assigned areas.
- Ensure timely calibration of process instruments, analyzers, and transmitters as per ISO and statutory requirements.
- Maintain 100% availability and reliability of CEMS, AAQMS, and other critical environmental monitoring systems.
- Plan shutdown activities, prepare material indents, and ensure availability of critical spares.
- Execute instrumentation modification, automation improvement, and CAPEX/project activities.
- Maintain preventive maintenance records, calibration history, equipment health reports, and technical documentation.
- Monitor equipment performance, analyze recurring failures, and implement reliability improvement initiatives.
- Supervise shift maintenance activities, allocate manpower, and ensure timely closure of breakdowns.
- Train and develop frontline maintenance personnel on secure work practices and instrumentation systems.
- Ensure compliance with IMS, safety standards, statutory requirements, and environmental regulations.
