Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator – Landscape with 4–7 years of experience in landscape and site development projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in BIM coordination, model management, interdisciplinary collaboration, and project delivery using Revit, SketchUp, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). Experience with Civil 3D will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate BIM models for landscape and site development projects across multiple disciplines.
- Develop, review, and maintain high-quality Revit models in accordance with project standards.
- Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
- Manage model collaboration, document sharing, and issue tracking through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, MEP engineers, and landscape designers to resolve design conflicts.
- Ensure BIM deliverables comply with client requirements, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and project standards.
- Review model quality, accuracy, and constructability before project submissions.
- Prepare and maintain BIM documentation,



model reports, and coordination meeting minutes.
- Support project teams with BIM workflows, standards, and best practices.
- Assist in project planning, model audits, and timely delivery of BIM milestones.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Experience in BIM coordination for landscape, site development, or infrastructure projects.
- Hands-on experience in clash detection, model federation, and coordination workflows.
- Good understanding of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D.
- Knowledge of landscape design workflows, grading, and site development.
- Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and Common Data Environment (CDE) processes.
