Role & responsibilities

CNC - VMC & HMC Milling Operator/Setter:

- Experience in CNC - VMC & HMC milling operating, setting on 3, 4, and 5-axis machines.
- Basic programming knowledge in Fanuc/Siemens and Okuma controls.
- Proficient in part prove out on Milling 3, 4, 5 axis machines and HMC machines.
- Expertise in Selection of cutting tools and parameters for Aerospace materials.
- Proficient in GD&T;, Shop floor trouble shooting, solid analytical skill in CMM report interpretation.
- Inspecting the parts using precision measuring tools, identifying defects, and making necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
- FAI in CNC - VMC & HMC milling.

Qualification BE/B. Tech/Diploma in Mechanical

Experience: 4-10 Years, preferably Aerospace/ Precision machining /Prior experience in CNC Operating/Setting background
