A PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) and Fabrication Execution Engineer oversees the end-to-end manufacturing and in office assembly of steel structures. They bridge the gap between structural design and physical execution, managing fabrication at the factory and erection at the construction site to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.Key Responsibilities1. Fabrication & Production Supervision (Factory Level)

- Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret design drawings, General Arrangement (GA) layouts, and fabrication drawings.
- Quality Control: Ensure all primary and secondary steel members (columns, rafters, purlins) are fabricated per the correct tolerances,



welding standards, and coatings.
- Material Management: Oversee raw material inventory, cutting, nesting, and dispatch schedule

2. Site Execution & Erection

- On-site Supervision: Supervise the safe lifting, alignment, plumbing, and bolting/welding of structural steel components.
- Civil Coordination: Ensure proper alignment of the building structure with civil foundations and anchor bolts.
- Sheeting & Cladding: Manage the installation of roof sheeting, wall cladding, and trim accessories.

3. Quality & Safety Compliance

- QA/QC: Conduct regular inspections of material alignments, bolt torques, and welding joints (e.g., ultrasonic or dye-penetrant testing).
- HSE (Health, Safety, & Environment): Enforce strict safety protocols at heights, ensuring the proper use of safety harnesses, scaffolding, and heavy lifting equipment.

Essential Qualifications

- Education: Bachelors degree or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Typically 3-8 years of hands-on experience in PEB and heavy structural steel manufacturing/erection.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of structural modeling software like Tekla Structures is highly advantageous
