Position: Infor XA Technical (AS400 / MAPICS)

Location: PAN India (5 Days Work from Office)
Employment Type: TCS Contract

- Batch Debugging, Subfiles, SDA, RLU
- ALDON / TurnOver / Implementor
- ITSM Tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira)

Job Responsibilities:

- Support and maintain Infor XA (MAPICS) applications on AS400
- Handle production support, incident resolution, and code enhancements




- Develop and maintain applications using RPG, RPGILE, CLP, and CLLE
- Monitor batch jobs, job queues, and application performance
- Perform debugging, root cause analysis (RCA), and code deployments
- Work with DB2/400, SQL queries, and change management tools
- Prepare technical documentation and support manufacturing & supply chain applications

Preferred Experience:

- Manufacturing & Supply Chain domain
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
