Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager RFID Tag Production to lead and streamline our manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring on-time delivery, 100% quality compliance, and productive coordination across departments including Stores, HR, and Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Production & Delivery
- Ensure timely production and dispatch of RFID tags as per committed timelines
- Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules

- Quality Assurance

- Maintain 100% quality standards in production
- Implement process improvements to reduce defects and rejections

- Material Planning & Coordination

- Raise requirements for raw materials and packaging to the Stores team
- Ensure zero production downtime due to material shortages

- Capex & Machine Planning

- Coordinate with management for machine upgrades and capex planning
- Evaluate new technologies and production efficiency improvements

- Manpower Management

- Work closely with HR for manpower planning, hiring, and shift management
- Ensure optimal workforce utilization on the production floor

- Process Optimization

- Improve productivity,



reduce wastage, and control operational costs
- Implement SOPs and standard production workflows

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- 100% on-time delivery of RFID tags
- Zero/Minimal defect rate in production
- No production delays due to raw material shortages
- Improved machine efficiency and reduced downtime
- Optimal manpower utilization

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Engineering / Production / Operations / Electronics (preferred)
- Strong experience in manufacturing operations (RFID / labels / printing / electronics preferred)
- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and inventory coordination
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good coordination and communication abilities

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in RFID, label converting, barcode, or smart tag industry is must
- Hands-on experience with production machines and plant operations
- Ability to handle cross-functional teams
