Role & responsibilities

- Oversee and supervise daily civil construction and finishing activities on-site to ensure work aligns with architectural drawings and specifications.

- Manage all civil finishing works, including brickwork, plastering, tiling, painting, waterproofing, doors/windows fitting, and plumbing/electrical coordination.

- Conduct strict quality checks on materials received and work executed to maintain high construction standards and avoid re-work.

- Coordinate efficiently with sub-contractors, site labor, architects, and structural consultants for smooth daily workflow.

- Monitor material consumption on-site, verify stock levels, and minimize material wastage.

- Measure completed work on-site, verify sub-contractor bills, and maintain accurate daily progress reports (DPR).

- Enforce site safety guidelines and ensure a safe working environment for all workers.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- Experience:



3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or Site Engineer, with a strong focus on residential/commercial project finishing.

- Technical Expertise: In-depth practical knowledge of finishing materials, execution techniques, quality control standards, and drawing reading.

- Skills: Strong site management, team handling, decision-making, and communication skills.

- Preference: Candidates residing in or near Ratnagiri, or those ready to relocate immediately, will be preferred.
