About the Role

Kickstart your career with a leading International BPO in a US Healthcare Voice Process. Freshers are encouraged to apply. You will assist US customers with healthcare-related queries and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve healthcare-related queries
- Provide information on benefits, eligibility, claims, coverage, and ID cards
- Verify customer details and maintain data confidentiality
- Update customer information accurately in CRM systems
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements

Eligibility





- Freshers Welcome | Experienced candidates can also apply
- Any Graduate / Diploma / PUC eligible
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
- Willing to work in night shifts
