- Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard minute values (SMV) and optimize production processes.
- Develop and implement line balancing strategies to improve productivity and resource utilization.
- Monitor daily production efficiency and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Drive manpower planning and workforce optimization initiatives across manufacturing lines.
- Analyze bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve throughput and production flow.
- Prepare capacity plans and production loading plans based on customer demand and plant capability.
- Establish and monitor operational KPIs such as efficiency, utilization, productivity, absenteeism, and cost per garment.
- Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality,
Maintenance, Planning, and HR teams to improve operational performance.
- Support recent style development through process mapping, work content analysis, and production feasibility assessment.
- Develop SOPs and best practices for manufacturing processes.
- Monitor machine utilization and recommend improvements to maximize equipment effectiveness.
- Prepare MIS reports, productivity dashboards, and management review presentations.
- Lead process improvement projects focused on reducing cycle time, rework, rejection, and operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
