Could you be the full time Signalling Maintenance Manager in Bhopal were looking for

Your future role

Take on a recent challenge and apply your **Signalling systems maintenance and project management*expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside **dedicated and collaborative*teammates.

You''ll **play a key role in ensuring the operational efficiency of Signalling systems during the Defect Liability Period (DLP) and maintenance contracts**. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (**Project Managers, Service Engineers, Technicians**) and external stakeholders (**customers, subcontractors, and suppliers**) to deliver high-quality maintenance solutions and much more.

Youll specifically take care of **preventive and corrective maintenance activities**, but also **troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on-site**.

Well look to you for:

- Following pre-defined maintenance schedules and ensuring compliance with safety policies
- Preparing failure and intervention reports
- Collaborating with the customer OM team to address anomalies during the DLP period




- Supervising and inspecting Signalling system maintenance activities
- Testing and inspecting systems to ensure peak performance
- Supporting contract KPIs and coordinating technical meetings with clients
- Providing documentation and reports to assist maintenance teams and project managers
- Ensuring compatibility with health and safety standards

- Engineering Degree or diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
- 8-10 years of experience in Signalling systems for Railway projects
- Experience in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting Signalling systems
- Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance of safety-critical systems
- Strong problem-solving and team-working skills
- Proactive mindset and readiness to acquire new knowledge
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and OEMs
