Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 2+ years of

experience to support business units by aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. The ideal

candidate will act as a strategic advisor to managers, drive employee engagement, and ensure HR

programs and policies are implemented effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to understand objectives and provide HR solutions.
- Drive talent management initiatives including performance management and succession planning.
- Support recruitment and workforce planning in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Analyze HR metrics such as attrition, engagement,



and performance trends.
- Facilitate training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Act as a change agent supporting organizational initiatives and cultural transformation.
