We are looking for an experienced Associate Director – TRS who combines deep technical expertise with leadership, client management, and business development capabilities. Your Role

As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for leading complex tax engagements, advising clients on strategic tax matters, developing client relationships, mentoring teams, and contributing to the overall growth of the TRS practice.

What You'll Do

Strategic Tax Advisory

- Lead complex domestic and international tax advisory assignments.
- Advise clients on corporate restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, business reorganizations, and cross-border transactions.
- Provide practical, commercially focused tax solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Review technical opinions, tax memorandums, and advisory reports.

Client Relationship Management

- Manage a portfolio of corporate and multinational clients.
- Build trusted relationships with CFOs, Finance Heads, Tax Heads, promoters, and business leaders.
- Understand client business needs and provide value-driven solutions.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Leadership & Practice Management

- Lead multiple client engagements while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.




- Guide and mentor Managers, Assistant Managers, and Associates.
- Review deliverables and drive continuous process improvements.
- Foster a team-oriented, high-performance team culture.

Business Development

- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and develop new business.
- Participate in client meetings, proposals, and presentations.
- Support revenue growth through cross-selling and strategic initiatives.
- Strengthen the firm's market presence through networking and relationship building.

Technical Excellence

- Stay updated on changes in tax laws, regulations, and judicial pronouncements.
- Drive technical discussions and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and internal quality policies.

What We're Looking For

Qualification

- Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience

- 10+ years of post-qualification experience in a leading CA firm.
- Proven experience in managing complex tax engagements and client portfolios.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
