International Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)

Work Location:
Bangalore (Multiple Locations)

Salary Package:
• Freshers: 21,000 per month + Performance Incentives + Shift Allowance
• Experienced Candidates (6 Months 5 Years): 29,000 per month + Performance Incentives + Shift Allowance

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, accounts, and order-related concerns.
• Deliver high-quality customer service while adhering to company standards and processes.




• Accurately update customer information and interaction details in CRM systems.
• Meet performance metrics, including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Average Handling Time (AHT), and process adherence.
• Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate teams when required.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible to apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Prior experience in International Voice Process, BPO, or Customer Support is an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
• Basic computer proficiency is required.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts and from the office location.
