Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead digital transformation engagements within the Supply Chain & Operations (SC&O;) practice, focusing on SAP S/4HANA-enabled supply chain solutions. The role involves driving strategy, design, and delivery of next-generation digital supply chain solutions, working with global clients to improve efficiency, resilience, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation programs enabled by SAP S/4HANA and digital platforms.
- Partner with client leadership to define supply chain strategies aligned to business goals.
- Oversee solution design across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and fulfillment.
- Drive innovation by leveraging digital twins, AI/ML, automation, analytics, and cloud platforms.
- Manage large cross-functional project teams and ensure timely, quality delivery.
- Develop and maintain solid client relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Lead business development efforts including proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
- Mentor, coach, and develop junior consultants and managers within the practice.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, governance, and delivery excellence standards.
