Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Eligibility:

Pharmacist & Healthcare Senior Pharmacist

- D.Pharm/B.Pharm with a valid Haryana State Pharmacy Council Registration (Mandatory).
- Experience in Retail Pharmacy, Chain Pharmacy, Community Pharmacy, or Hospital Pharmacy.

Store Manager Retail Pharmacy

- Graduate with experience in managing Retail Pharmacy Operations.
- Prior experience in leading pharmacy teams, driving sales, inventory management, and ensuring operational excellence.
- Valid Haryana State Pharmacy Council Registration (Mandatory).





Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure accurate medicine dispensing.
- Manage retail pharmacy operations, inventory, stock accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive pharmacy sales, diagnostics, and omnichannel order fulfillment.
- Maintain SOP adherence, store hygiene, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.
- For Store Managers, lead the store team, achieve business targets, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
