ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Description:

- Preparing Training Modules as required in the factory
- Conducting several training & awareness programs on Safety procedures, first-aid emergency, Fire Fighting Techniques & Equipment.
- Maintaining records of Incident and Accident.
- Taking action plans.
- Hands on experience in conducting of Job Safety Analysis and Plant Safety Inspection.
- Reporting Unsafe actions and Unsafe Conditions.
- Participation in meetings with management on weekly basis to discuss the safety critical issues to follow up.
- Preparing MOM as per Meeting points
- Ensure compliance to all regulatory safety requirements through regular inspections and audit.
- Follow up of Work Permit System within the factory as per Safety norms by peoples carrying activities like Chemical, Electrical, Maintenance, General working & working on heights etc.




- Conducting the surprise Mock drill.
- Prepare Hazard Identification and risk analysis
- Maintaining EHS legal document & Safety Records
- Fire Hydrant and Fire Sprinklers system
- Emergency preparedness plan for the organization
- Arranging & renewing necessary certifications which is required for the organization
- Interaction with colleagues in all the related works.
- Maintaining good relation with suppliers and finishing the work within the lead time.
