Roles & Responsibilities
* Meet clients to understand their requirements, budget, and design preferences.
* Create 2D layouts, 3D designs, and presentations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software.
* Prepare material specifications, BOQs, and project cost estimates.
* Present design concepts and make revisions based on client feedback.
* Coordinate with the sales, production, and execution teams for smooth project delivery.
* Conduct site visits for measurements, design discussions, and project monitoring.
* Select materials, finishes, colors, lighting, and furniture as per project requirements.
* Ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards.
* Handle client communication throughout the project and resolve design-related queries.
* Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and products.
