1. Supervision of Admission and Discharge of Patient
2. Communication with Concerned Consultant regarding patient's Investigation, Procedures, Surgeries etc.
3. Supervision of Treatment to Patient by staff nurse.
4. Coordinating with other department for ensuring appropriate treatment of the patient.
5. Supervision of Pre-Operative and Post-Operative Patient.
6. OT Fixation of patient coordinating with shift in-charge while on duty.
7. Give frequent visit to patients in wards, cabins, ICU & ER.
8. Putting on patient notes and supervise the medication in time.
9. Putting on MLC notes of the MLC patient while on duty.
10. You have to maintain proper documentation as per NABH regulation.
11. You have to give proper hand over to other on duty RMO before leaving the hospital.
