- Project Governance & Reporting: - Support project and program governance by implementing PMO standards, processes, and best practices.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and leadership dashboards.
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple initiatives.

Program & Stakeholder Support:

- Run weekly and monthly reporting cadences and consolidate updates for leadership.
- Facilitate project review meetings, steering committee forums, and action tracking.
- Act as a central point of coordination between business stakeholders and delivery teams.

Operational & Financial Oversight:

- Support resource planning, capacity tracking, and utilization reporting.
- Assist with budget tracking, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement across delivery operations.

Requirements




- 38 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, or Program Management support roles.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, or Smartsheet.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bias for action and comfort operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
