Role & responsibilities :

- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential projects.
- Prepare space planning layouts, furniture layouts, and detailed design drawings.
- Create and present 3D visualizations, renderings, and design presentations to clients.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, preferences, and project budgets.
- Select materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting, and dcor elements as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and execution teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design compliance.
- Ensure quality workmanship, timely project execution, and adherence to project schedules.
- Manage project documentation, resolve site-related issues, and support successful project handover.





Preferred candidate profile :

- 3-4 years of hands-on experience exclusively in residential interior projects.
- Robust knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, and furniture design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
- Experience in site execution and vendor coordination.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Portfolio showcasing completed residential interior projects is mandatory.
