Key Responsibilities

- Lead or support investment transactions across the full lifecycle, including sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, structuring, and closing.

- Develop, build, and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, assess returns, and analyze risk scenarios.

- Conduct in-depth industry, market, and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

- Prepare detailed investment memoranda and presentations, and clearly communicate findings to senior management and investment committees.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of existing portfolio investments, identifying risks, opportunities, and value-creation initiatives.

- Collaborate with legal, tax, accounting, and external advisors to support deal structuring, documentation, operations and execution.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with internal stakeholders, investment partners, lenders, and external advisors.

- Support fundraising activities, investor relations, and capital deployment strategies, as needed.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

- Expertise in Investment Management and portfolio analysis





- Strong background in Investments and sound knowledge of financial marketsProficiency in conducting Due Diligence and assessing opportunities
- Proficiency in conducting Due Diligence and assessing opportunities

- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute effective Investment Strategies

- Excellent analytical, communication, operations and decision-making skills

- Collaborate with legal, tax, accounting, and external advisors to support deal structuring, documentation, operations and execution.

- Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

- Prior experience in venture capital, private equity, or related fields is a plu

Qualifications:

- CA, CFA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
