Hiring for Assistant Acquisition Manager for Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.

Designation: Assistant Acquisition Manager

This is a permanent job ON ROLLS of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.

This is a sales job and not a branch operations job. Requires fieldwork.

- The incumbent will be responsible for either or both products (Current and Savings Account).
- To acquire customers for Current Account, Savings Account Products of the bank, from a pool of potential individuals, small businesses, trust associations, societies and corporate.
- To achieve and deepen business volume and numbers.
- To cross-sell TPP like Insurance, Gold, Locker, FD, Asset Products, etc.

Eligibility:

Any Graduate / Post Graduate with the passing year of 2016/17/18, age MUST NOT EXCEED 26 years as on date.

In case of any work experience then the candidate needs to submit a resignation acceptance relieving letter / Experience cum clearance certificate from the previous organization.

Candidate MUST NOT have any blood relatives currently working with Kotak Mahindra Bank and MUST NOT have worked with Kotak Mahindra Bank earlier.





The candidate would be signing a 1-year service agreement with Kotak Mahindra Bank.

Candidate should be ready to undergo 2-week residential training at respective ITM Campus.

Salary:

Annual CTC of Rs. 1.80 Lacs to Rs. 2.20 Lacs plus performance-based Incentives, PF, Gratuity, Mediclaim and Insurance cover (as per company policy).

The candidate will be paid a gross stipend of Rs. 4,000/- for 2-week of Internship at the designated branch after successfully completing his/her residential training conducted by ITM Skills Academy.

Please note that only those candidates, who are able to successfully complete the training and score passing marks in the evaluation process will be allowed to join the bank
