To look After Market Sales & Service. The objective of increasing the Sales & Profitability, provide After Sales Service, Maintain OD collection & conduct Sales & Extensive travel in the region to support business development and customer engagement. Product promotional activities all within the framework of KBI business plan.

Role & responsibilities

Achieve Commercial & Technical Sales

1. Develops and executes sales plans and programs, both short and long term, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and services
2. Develops and recommends pricing strategy which will result in the greatest share of the market over the long run
3. Ensures effective control of sales activities and implements corrective action to ensure that the achievement of sales objectives is within designated budgets
4. Prepare Annual as well monthly Sales & Collection plans, Prepare Calendar of Sales & Product Promotional activities.
5. Conducts market surveys on current and new product concepts at local level efficiently,



effective and prompt resolution of all customers related queries, complaints etc. and coordination of development for new products.
6. To understand the requirement Existing/New of the customer and accordingly customise the available product and also propose new product development with basic technical and commercial (Business Case) information of the customer demand.

Preferred candidate profile

Responsible for aftermarket sales of automotive braking systems across distributor and retail channels. Focused on business growth, customer acquisition, and sales target achievement.

Candidate Profile:

- Education: Mechanical/Automobile Diploma / Engineering degree; MBA in Sales & Marketing is a plus.
- Experience: 5 years in Sales (Commercial Vehicles-Truck, Bus & Trailer))
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of Commercial Vehicles Truck, Bus & Trailer, Off-Highway equipment markets.
