Role & responsibilities

- Lead and support the planning, execution, and delivery of building construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Monitor site progress, resource utilization, and project schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Mobilize, deploy, and manage manpower, subcontractors, and site resources in accordance with project requirements.
- Develop and maintain a strong local workforce and vendor network to ensure uninterrupted project execution.
- Forecast material, labour, equipment, and resource requirements and proactively address potential shortages or site constraints.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, PMC, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract documents to ensure productive project execution.
- Monitor project costs and implement cost-effective construction practices.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, measurements, billing records, and quality compliance records.
- Build, lead, and motivate high-performing project teams to achieve project objectives.





Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in institutional, educational, commercial, or government building projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction management, civil engineering practices, contract administration, estimation, billing, and cost control.
- Proven ability to mobilize manpower, deploy resources, and manage large construction teams.
- Sound understanding of project planning, quality management, resource optimization, and risk mitigation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of independently resolving site challenges.
