Opportunity for Assistant Manager Referral Marketing/Sales- Outreach for our Hospital in Raipur.

Qualification: PG Preferred

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Hospital or Pharma industry

To generate business from GPs/Physicians/Nursing homes of assigned areas. Maintaining relationship with the existing GPs and look for new potential GPs who can refer patients to Hinduja Hospital. Conducting onsite medical camp and awareness session at communities/Societies on regular intervals. Generate business from outreach clinics.

General Job responsibilities:

- Generate business from assigned referral territories
- GP visits/Nursing home visits and conversion
- New tie ups with hospital/nursing home for outreach clinic.
- Promotion of new consultants and specialties
- Conduct activities in communities and with GPs/Physicians
- Make sure that GPs/Physicians are attending CPDs conducted in hospital on regular basis
- Coordinate with inter & intra department, Consultants and make sure patients are admitted smoothly
- Issues related to credit party must be addressed immediately.




- Immediate follow up with other departments to solve the issues related to credit party.
- Renewal of tie ups needs to be completed before expiry.
- IM related to current tie ups/ renewals needs to be sent on same day of agreement.
- Generate Organization code (system) on the day agreement is signed.
- Revised tariff should be informed to all credit parties, one month effective date.
- Monthly report submission before 5th of every month.
- Health Aware activities in communities, clubs, societies, corporates etc.

Specific Job responsibilities

- IP & OP Business from GPs/Physician of assigned areas
- Coordinate with Hospital, GPs, Admission team and consultants to make sure smooth admission of referred patients
- Camps and awareness sessions in communities and societies
- Taking doctors out for activities
